These Terms explain the conditions related to refunds, cancellations, and service usage.
Project Services
Refunds for project services are only applicable if the request is made before the work has been initiated. Once development has started or any deliverables have been shared, the service becomes non-refundable. In certain exceptional cases, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion based on work completed.
Internship Programs
Refund requests for internship programs must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment. Once onboarding materials, mentor access, or project assignments have been provided, refunds may no longer be applicable. Access to learning resources and certificates is considered service consumption.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our support team via email with your registered details and order ID. Clearly mention the reason for your request along with supporting information. Our team will review your request and respond within 3โ5 business days with further instructions.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain services are strictly non-refundable, including certificate issuance fees, offer letter generation charges, and completed project deliveries. Any service that has already been partially or fully delivered is not eligible for a refund. This ensures fairness and service integrity.
Disputes
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you may raise a dispute by contacting our support team with complete details. We will review the case carefully and aim to resolve it in a fair and transparent manner. Final decisions will be made in accordance with our internal policies.
