Full Stack Development

The Full Stack Development Internship at CodemyFYP is designed for aspiring developers who want to build industry-ready skills in modern web application development. This internship provides practical exposure to both frontend and backend technologies through real-world projects, code reviews, and mentor guidance.

The curriculum begins with the fundamentals of web development, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), responsive web design, and Git & GitHub for version control. Interns will then learn React.js to build dynamic, interactive, and reusable user interfaces using components, hooks, routing, and state management.

On the backend, interns will work with Node.js and Express.js to develop scalable server-side applications and RESTful APIs. They will also gain experience with MongoDB or MySQL for database design, CRUD operations, and data management.

Additional modules include user authentication and authorization, API integration, debugging techniques, application testing, deployment, and performance optimization. Interns will also learn industry best practices such as clean coding standards, project documentation, Agile development methodologies, and team collaboration.

Throughout the internship, participants will work on real-world projects that simulate professional software development environments. By the end of the program, interns will have developed a strong portfolio of full stack applications, improved problem-solving abilities, and gained practical experience that prepares them for entry-level software development roles.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with at least one frontend framework such as React.js is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and databases (MongoDB or MySQL) is an added advantage.
• Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and problem-solving concepts.
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to commit to the internship duration and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop for remote work.
